We base ourselves around the style of Wado-Ryu, where self-defence meets discipline and character building. Our open-hand style emphasises respect, teaching children the importance of following instructions and managing their anger. From the very beginning, students learn that karate is not about hurting others but about personal growth and self-control. We believe that installing respect within our classes will help our young students carry these values into their everyday lives.

Matial Arts Training

While our primary focus is on American Kickboxing, we also offer Keep Fit Kickboxing, which emphasises stamina and fitness, making it perfect for those looking to enhance their physical health while enjoying the sport, where discipline and respect are at the core of your training. Our students learn to control themselves and utilize their techniques appropriately, fostering a respectful atmosphere towards themselves, their peers, and their opponents.
